Confirmation of Registration
- Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within 2 weeks upon making the appropriate payment. After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’.
Group Registration
- For group registration, please download the form and complete the required details. After completing the form, please send it to the AFLAS 2023 Secretariat.

- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail: aflas1@aflas2023.org
- All refunds will be made after the congress.
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
- Please refer to the above cut off dates for cancellation.

- Precautions

- After payment, you can receive the receipt as a PDF file from My Page > Payment Details, and you cannot get a refund after downloading it.
(Only the registration fee receipt is provided on the back of the name tag of the conference.) - Please make sure to deposit with the applicant's name, and contact the secretariat via phone (02-364-1909) or e-mail (kalas@kalas.or.kr) when depositing by the name of a group or affiliated company.
- The receipt can be printed on the website after checking the deposit at the secretariat (2-3 days later).
- For issuing the tax invoice, please fill out the application form and submit it via e-mail. It takes 5 business days after accepting the application.
- After payment, you can receive the receipt as a PDF file from My Page > Payment Details, and you cannot get a refund after downloading it.
- Refund regulations

Refunds are available by 18 August 2023, (Fri), and cannot be refunded in any case after that. Refunds take 5 business days.

Deposit without a bankbook: Fill out the refund application form and request a refund via e-mail (kalas@kalas.or.kr)
- Credit Card payment: Request a refund via e-mail (kalas@kalas.or.kr ) after filling out the registration date, registration name, and ID correctly.
